SPRINGFIELD – The latest COVID-19 update for Illinois has 6980 confirmed cases and 141 deaths in 56 counties throughout the state.
As the Governor made the announcement of an extension through April 30th to the ‘stay at home order’ on Tuesday it comes with the understanding that schools will be shut down through that time too.

Pritzker says schools and public health departments have resources for any students who are suffering from anxiety or other mental health problems during this stay at home order.
