CENTRALIA — Kaskaskia College President George Evans has announced the College is extending its online and remote educational operational services for the remainder of the spring semester.

Evans said the decision comes after reviewing state and federal guidelines as well as information from the Illinois Community College Board (ICCB) and the Centers for Disease, Control and Prevention (CDC).

Originally the College planned to move face to face classes online for three weeks.

However, Evans says based on the latest data, the best course of action is to move everything to online or remote services for the remainder of the spring semester.
