WASHINGTON COUNTY — With the county’s first positive test for COVID-19, Washington County Board Chairman David Meyer has issued a Disaster Declaration, in regard to the pandemic.

The declaration enacts the emergency operations plan and unlocks access to resources, equipment, and personnel in order to assist residents of Washington County.

The county will remain open and will continue to serve their residents, at a restricted level.

They ask that you call and complete your business over the phone or through email if possible.

If you must come to an office, you will be screened before you enter the building.
