SOUTHERN ILLINOIS — As residents are taking life day-by-day during the coronavirus outbreak, so are local schools. Schools are closing for at least two weeks after Governor J.B. Pritzker ordered the shutdown Friday.

McClellan School Superintendent Terry Milt says his district will be putting together information to give to parents to continue to help their children’s education during the break.

All schools are to remained closed in Illinois from March 17th through at least March 30th.
