MT. VERNON — On Wednesday, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to WMIX / WDML News:

59-year-old Carmelita Taylor-Dowd was arrested by Illinois State Police Tuesday on an out-of-state warrant.

25-year-old Christine Williams of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Tuesday for aggravated fleeing police 21+ mph over the speed limit, identity theft less than $300, leaving the scene, possession of meth less than five grams, and reckless driving.

43-year-old Debbie Wyllie of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Tuesday for retail theft less than $300.

18-year-old Kiandrea Donald of Centralia was arrested Tuesday for aggravated robbery with a firearm.

49-year-old Eric Hout of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Wednesday for possession of meth less than five grams.

19-year-old Tajai Gibson of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Wednesday for driving on a suspended license.

24-year-old Mackenzie Reeves of Mt. Vernon was arrested Wednesday for criminal damage to property less than $300.

28-year-old Christina Lind of Mt. Vernon was arrested Wednesday for driving on a suspended license.
