MT. VERNON — The Mt. Vernon City Manager is scheduled to request permission from the city council to send phase two of CDBG water lines out for bids along with seeking bids to demolish nine homes in the Flood Plain buyout area at Monday’s city council meeting. In addition, the city manager will request permission to send engineering for sewer relocation on Fountain place out for bids.
