MCLEANSBORO — The McLeansboro City Council is set to discuss and possible take action on the city hall remodel at Wednesday’s meeting.

Plans approved at September’s meeting call for converting the former fire station into a Council Meeting room, adding office space and changing the floor plan in the police department.

In other business, the council will discuss the creation of a city administrator position,  purchasing a replacement vehicle for the Electric Department, and also purchasing a vehicle for the meter reader.
