CLINTON COUNTY, IL — As the New Year begins, don’t forget about Master Gardener Training classes with the U of I Extension offices in Bond, Clinton, Marion, Jefferson, and Washington Counties.

Ag & Natural Resource Coordinator Chris Lueking says the 10-week course will take place at different locations inside the U of I’s service area.

If there is a specific session or class you’d like to take part in, the Extension allows you to sign up to individual classes at a reduced rate. Each class will be from 9a.m. to 4 p.m. Lueking says there will be a $175 fee for the Master Gardener classes this year.

Payment for the classes is due by January 10^th. The classes begin Tuesday, January 28^th and continue through April 7^th. Find a link to register here:
