WAMAC, IL — A brief pursuit Friday by Wamac police resulted in the arrest of a 49-year-old Central City man.

Lindle Tarlton was arrested for alleged fleeing and eluding police, reckless driving, and possession of between 15 and 100 grams of methamphetamine.
