CLINTON COUNTY — Information has finally been released regarding an incident Thursday morning on Randolph Drive in Centralia that involved law enforcement from multiple agencies including an ILEAS response team.

Five people were charged Monday morning in Clinton County Court in connection with that incident on an assortment of felony meth-related offenses.

Blake A. Ross, of #12 Randolph Drive, has been charged with four Class X felonies for aggravated delivery of less than five grams of methamphetamine from a protected structure. The 23-year-old Ross has also been charged with Class X felony aggravated delivery of more than 100 grams of meth from a protected structure.

Ross is already facing charges in an April 2019 case in Clinton County of Class X felony delivery of between 15 and 100 grams of meth and Class 1 felony possession of the same amount of meth. He was free on $3,230 cash bond posted in the earlier case when law enforcement descended on his home Thursday morning.

Ricky Norwood Jr., has been charged with Class X felony delivery of between 100 and 400 grams of meth. The 28-year-old Norwood, of #10 Randolph Drive, has also been charged with two Class 3 felony charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm and Class 4 felony possession of a controlled substance.

Christopher Randall has been charged with Class 3 felony possession of less than 5 grams of meth. The 46-year-old Randall, also of #12 Randolph Drive was also charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Also of #12 Randolph Drive, 21-year-old Jessica Smith has been charged with Class 3 felony possession of less than 5 grams of meth and Class 4 felony possession of a controlled substance while 21-year-old Taylor Ross, of the same address has been charged with Class 3 felony possession of less than 5 grams of meth and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bail remains to be set in all five cases, as well as dated for preliminary hearings. The arrests came as the result of an ongoing operation by the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office who is expected to release additional details.
