TRI-COUNTY (JEFFERSON/MARION/WASHINGTON), IL — Touchstone Energy Cooperatives and Tri-County Electric Cooperative, Inc. (TCEC) have partnered in the name of Classroom Empowerment Grants for area teachers and administrators.
Lynn Hutchison is the Director of Member Services at TCEC. She says there will be multiple recipients of these grants.
Jefferson, Marion and Washington County school teachers and administrators can apply by November 4th, 2019. Hutchison says schools have used the grant money for a wide variety of school improvements.
Grant applications will be reviewed by an impartial panel of judges and awards will be announced on or after December 9th.
