Citizens Utility Board Hosting Open Discussion on Clean Energy, Lower Bills in Mt. Vernon Thursday

MT. VERNON — The Citizens Utility Board invites area residents to take part in an open discussion tonight that could help them save money on their utilities.

The CUB will share information on money-saving energy efficiency programs and new state legislation called the Clean Energy Jobs Act that will help secure clean, affordable energy for all state residents.

The CUB, along with Faith in Place, will host the event at 6:30 tonight at the C.E. Brehm Library in Mt. Vernon.
