MT. VERNON — On Friday, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to WMIX / WDML News:

55-year-old James Johnston of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Thursday for meth delivery between five and 15 grams, attempting to elude an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving on a revoked license.

24-year-old Ronald Mount of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Thursday for burglary and criminal trespass to land.

29-year-old Jamie Roberts of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Thursday for possession of meth less than five grams.

23-year-old Brian Murray of Piermont, NY was arrested Thursday for possession of a controlled substance.

36-year-old David Graves of McLeansboro was arrested Thursday for meth delivery between five and 15 grams.

22-year-old Cody Sechrest of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Thursday for ingesting toluoline/acetone/etc.
