MT. VERNON — On Thursday, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to WMIX / WDML News:

45-year-old Michele Plunk of McLeansboro was arrested Wednesday for computer fraud, income tax fraud, and two counts of theft between $500 and $10,000.

49-year-old Reginald Johnson of Mt. Vernon was arrested Wednesday on a parole violation and violating sex offender registration.

23-year-old Jessica Higginson of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Wednesday on a bond forfeiture warrant.

41-year-old Larry Sharp of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Wednesday for retail theft less than $300.

29-year-old Alexandria Jackson of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Wednesday for retail theft less than $300, obstructing identification, and driving on a suspended license.

49-year-old Rodney White of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Wednesday for possession of a stolen firearm and possessing a firearm without a valid FOID.

18-year-old Trinity Nkpejajah of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Wednesday for resisting / obstructing a peace officer.

27-year-old Cady Moore of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Thursday for possession of meth between five and 15 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, and obstructing justice by destroying evidence.

33-year-old Dustin Wilhold of Troy was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Thursday for possession of meth between five and 15 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, and obstructing justice by destroying evidence.

55-year-old James Johnston of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Thursday for possession of meth between five and 15 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a revoked license, and fleeing / eluding an officer.
