HAMILTON COUNTY — A Marion woman was recently sentenced in Hamilton County to four years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for burglary – a Class 2 felony.

Hamilton County State’s Attorney Justin Hood says Kendall Nalley committed burglary in Dale on May 10, 2010. Nalley was originally placed on probation but failed to complete requirements of her probation terms.

Hood says when Nalley is released from Department of Corrections, she will have to serve two years of mandatory supervised release. Nalley is currently being held in White County Jail.
