INA, IL — Rend Lake College is making an effort to provide local employers with a highly-trained workforce by launching a new Facility Management Program this Fall 2019 school year.
Dean of Applied Science & Advanced Technology, Gabriele Farner, says a variety of career opportunities exist in facility management for competent, well-trained individuals to work in after graduation.
Course work includes both technical and general education subjects which can help a graduate beginning their career or an individual looking to get a leg-up in their current career.
Farner says the trade industry at colleges and universities has seen a steady rise over the years.
