MT. VERNON — A road work project in Mt. Vernon could affect your commute this coming week.

Road crews will have N. Davidson Ave. closed to thru traffic between Route 15 and the Walgreens Distribution Center for patch work starting Monday.

There will be a posted detour that officials ask that you follow during the project. Road work is expected to be completed by Thursday, August 2.
