CARMI — Two people face drug-related charges after they were arrested around 11:40 Saturday morning at Murphy USA gas station in Carmi.

Carmi Police say Carmi Police say 31-year-old Michael James Sullivan was arrested on two warrants for aggravated domestic battery and was also charged with and additional aggravated domestic battery charge from an incident that happened earlier in the day.

Police also charged 44-year-old Brandi M. Carter of Enfield with aiding a fugitive and unlawful use of property.

Both were charged with possession of meth, possession with intent to deliver meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were both cited for possession of cannabis and possession of cannabis paraphernalia.

Police say over 3 grams of meth, scales, $1,450 in cash and a list of names and amounts beside the names was also confiscated.

Sullivan and Carter were taken to the White County Jail. Bond for Sullivan was set at $11,000. Bond for Carter was not set according to the police report.
