MT. VERNON — On Friday, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to WMIX / WDML News:

31-year-old Janay Branch of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Thursday on a bond forfeiture warrant.

31-year-old Cherry Carey of Mt. Vernon was arrested Thursday on a probation violation.

29-year-old Robert Brown of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Thursday for battery and criminal damage to government property less than $500.

51-year-old Nina Allison of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Thursday for retail theft less than $300.

25-year-old Jacklyn Steed of Opdyke was arrested Friday on a bond forfeiture warrant.

21-year-old Cheyenne Smith of West Frankfort was arrested Friday on a bond forfeiture warrant.

47-year-old Christopher Maner was arrested Friday for DUI-drug.
