MT. VERNON — On Wednesday, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to WMIX / WDML News:

27-year-old Torence Jones of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Tuesday on a parole violation.

33-year-old Vencint Rush of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Tuesday for driving on a suspended license.

33-year-old Thyrus Feltus of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Tuesday on a bond forfeiture warrant.

31-year-old Luther Wiggins of Mt. Vernon was arrested Tuesday for criminal damage to a school less than $300, disorderly conduct, and residential burglary.

36-year-old Timmesha Heard of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Tuesday for being a child sex offender in a school zone.
