MT. VERNON — United Way of South Central Illinois will be announcing their 2nd Annual Compassionate Caregiver of The Year award at the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce Luncheon in May.
Executive Director with UWSCI, Natalie Wellen says the beginnings of the award came from a personal situation to her.

Wellen says thanks to some local sponsors they have been able to expand their award categories this year.
