BLUFORD — Bluford Schools are continuing their huge construction project to add a high school wing to their current elementary school. District superintendent Shane Gordon says the 35,000 square foot addition will have six new classrooms, office space, a gymnasium and more.

Gordon says while construction crews have powered through weather hurdles to date, those hurdles may catch up to them this winter.

The anticipated completion date for the project was set for the end of February, but Gordon says because of the weather delays, he expects the new high school wing to be done in the spring.
