UNION COUNTY — We now know the name of the man found dead Sunday in Union County.

The Union County Sheriff’s Office told WSIL-TV he is 53-year-old Jeffery A. Spicer of Murphysboro. Deputies found his body in the 7600 block of Route 3 North in the Wolf Lake area.

An autopsy was conducted Tuesday in Marion. Results are pending.
