CARBONDALE — Congressman Mike Bost announced Tuesday that SIU Carbondale will receive a National Science Foundation funding award of $180,000 and a Department of Health & Human Services award of $244,850.

According to Congressman Bost, the NSF grant will support a project related to quantum computing, while the HHS grant will be used to further research into the development and function of Sertoli cells.
