CARBONDALE — An arrest warrant has been issued for a Carbondale man in connection with a shooting incident that happened Friday in the 800 block of West High Street.

According to Carbondale Police, detectives applied for and were granted a Jackson County arrest warrant for 23-year-old Nicholas A.M. Hastings.

The warrant charges Hastings with aggravated battery with a firearm and armed robbery. His bond has been set on the warrant at $750,000. Police say Hastings should be considered armed and dangerous.
