HAMILTON COUNTY — A Junction woman was recently sentenced in Hamilton County Court after pleading guilty for forgery.
According to Hamilton County State’s Attorney Justin Hood, 38-year-old Misty Rector plead guilty to forgery, a Class 3 felony, and will serve two years in state prison with one year of mandatory supervised release concurrent with a theft charge out of Gallatin County.
Hood says Rector stole checks from her grandmother in Gallatin County and forged the checks at a convenience store in Hamilton County.
