Kaskaskia College will be returning to a five-day work week for the fall semester with offices open and classes being offered Monday through Friday.
The five-day work week will be in effect fall and spring semesters for the entire academic year for the main campus, all education centers, and the Crisp Technology Center in Centralia. Fall classes begin August 13.
Kaskaskia College President George Evans is excited to return to the five-day work to optimize their student friendly atmosphere and home town college feel.
Regular hours of operation at the main campus will be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Tuesday from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Student Services will be available at the education centers Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Tuesdays from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Kaskaskia College will be hosting a Special Fall 2018 Registration Day at the main campus and all Education Centers on Saturday, August 11 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The following departments providing services: Advising, Admissions and Registration, Placement Testing, Financial Aid, Cashiers, and the Bookstore. Advising will be available on a walk-in basis that day. The Cashier’s Office will be open to accept payments or assist in setting up payment plans through Nelnet.
Student Services on the main campus and all education centers will have extended hours the week of August 6 through August 11. Hours for the week are 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
