BENTON — A Benton man was arrested and charged with two counts of domestic battery after Benton Police responded to the 700 block of East Burkett Street in reference to a domestic disturbance early Sunday morning.

Police say 34-year-old Matthew J. Hartman was taken to the Franklin County Jail.
