MT. VERNON — On Tuesday, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to WMIX News.

20-year-old Zachary Myers of Mt. Vernon was arrested Monday for manufacturing / delivery of cannabis between 10 and 30 grams.

28-year-old Justin Smith of Mt. Vernon was arrested Monday for criminal damage to government property less than $500 and reckless conduct.

55-year-old Adrian Carruth of Mt. Vernon was arrested Monday for domestic battery.

32-year-old Robert Richardson of Odin was arrested Tuesday for failing to register as a sex offender.
