MARION — Heads up for travelers in the Marion area: IDOT will be doing pavement patching at the intersection of Illinois Route 37 and Old Illinois 13 in Marion next week.

Starting Monday, weather permitting, work will begin and it will require daily lane closures.

Delays should be expected and motorists should consider alternate routes.
