Someone in southern Illinois could be $800,000 richer!
The winning ticket Lucky Day Lotto ticket for the evening drawing on Friday, July 6, was sold at the Sesser Sun Mart.
The Illinois Lottery urges the lucky winner to sign the back of the ticket and keep it in a safe place until they can visit one of the lottery’s five prize centers across Illinois, the nearest center being in Fairview Heights.
Winners have one year from the date of the original drawing to claim their prize. For selling the winning ticket, Sesser Sun Mart will receive a bonus of $8,000, or one percent of the prize amount.
