A Centralia man is in the Marion County Jail after his arrest for both home invasion and theft in separate incidents in Centralia.

52-year-old Rodney Dabney allegedly took a prescription for Tramadol from an unlocked call last year and had it filled at a pharmacy. Dabney was identified by the victim thanks to surveillance footage from the store.

Dabney also allegedly entered a North Sycamore home without permission last December. After entering the home, Dabney reportedly kissed a woman. The woman and a man who had attempted to keep Dabney from entering then fought him off and Dabney rode away on a bicycle.

Centralia Police made the arrest.
