The Frankfort Community Unit School District #168 Board of Education held a special board meeting that lasted for over two-and-a-half hours Monday night to address personnel decisions regarding various teaching, coaching and sponsoring vacancies across the district.

The board also approved a proposed public school calendar for 2018-2019, amended the 2017-2018 public school calendar, considered proposals for summer programs and creating and reclassifying certain positions, and considered possible resignations at the meeting.
