The Rend Lake Water Festival gets underway Wednesday and continues through Saturday in Benton.

According to the Benton-West City Chamber of Commerce website, there will be a carnival, lots of fun new activities and conclude with a community parade on Saturday.

The event is organized by the Chamber and the Rend Lake Water Festival Committee.
