Bail was set Tuesday in Marion County court at $5,000 for an 18-year-old Central City man accused of tampering with the results of a drug test.
Bryce Holzhauer was arrested at the Marion County Probation Office after he allegedly tried to substitute another urine sample for his own.
He’s been charged with a Class 4 felony of defrauding a drug or alcohol screening.
Holzhauer was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bond, with special conditions of release to submit to random drug tests.
He’s next scheduled to appear in court May 8, for a preliminary hearing on the charge.
