The Centralia Balloon Fest kicks off this afternoon bringing dozens of hot air balloons and three days of activities to the area.

Gates open at 3 p.m. today at Foundation Park in Centralia, with balloon races starting at 6 p.m. The Balloon Glow will kick off at 7:30 and fireworks will launch at 10 p.m.

Balloons will launch at 6:30 Saturday morning with the second balloon race of the weekend.

Entertainment will start at 10:30 a.m. at the Picnic Tent tomorrow until 7:30 p.m. when the Balloon Glow is scheduled to take place.

The third balloon race of the weekend will start at 6:30 a.m. Sunday. Fun and festivities will continue throughout the day and end with a final glow at 7:30 p.m.
