(BENTON, IL) — A Mulkeytown man is set to make his first court appearance in Franklin County this afternoon after a Franklin County Grand Jury recently indicted him with three counts of child pornography, one count of indecent solicitation of a child and one count of grooming.  According to Franklin County State’s Attorney Evan Owens, the offenses against Curtis E. Carr allegedly happened in June and July of last year.  The case is being investigated by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.  Carr’s bond is set at $250,000 and is currently in the custody of the Jackson County Sheriff.
