(MT. VERNON, IL) — The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office has reportedly made three arrests in a case involving mail thefts around the area of Jaycee Lake. Mail recovered so far has addresses on Idlewood Road, Jaycee Lake Lane, Oakton Road, Smith Road, and Dirt Riders Lane. If you have mail missing or witnessed any of these thefts please contact Captain Jeremy Wilton at the Sheriff’s Office at 618.244.8004. The investigation is ongoing and no further information is being released as of this time.
