(MT. VERNON, IL) — The Mt. Vernon City Council will hold their regularly scheduled council meeting this evening.  Among items on the agenda, the City Manager will provide a capital projects report. City Attorney will read ordinances approving a TIF redevelopment agreement with Jo Ann Puntney for property located at 801/803 Main St., with Robby and Kristin Tate for property located at 513 S. 10th St., and with Barry and Kimmy Dent 715 Main St., as well as first readings of an ordinance declaring property surplus and of an ordinance authorizing the issuance of a promissory note related to industrial park conservation area TIF district. City attorney will read a resolution authorizing the city manager to secure a power supply agreement related to the electric aggregation program. The meeting will be held this evening at 7 p.m. at the Rolland W. Lewis Community Building.
