(Belleville, IL)  —  A Metro East bus driver is being accused of sexually assaulting an elderly passenger.  The victim claims Paul Rongey was driving her from O’Fallon, Illinois to Belleville when the attack happened.  She says he pulled over in Swansea and sexually assaulted her.
