(Washington Park, IL)  —  An East St. Louis man is dead following a drive-by shooting in the Metro East.  The Illinois State Patrol says the shooting happened Sunday night in Washington Park.  The victim was identified as Anthony Pannell Junior.  Pannell’s passenger, Amber Bieser was also shot and later died due to her injury.  Bieser was ten and a half weeks pregnant, and the unborn child also died.
