(Alton, IL)  —  A couple is being charged for abandoning a dog.  Arsby Blackmon and Divas Taylor were charged with animal cruelty yesterday for leaving the dog at their former home in Alton.  The police found the dog in poor condition and it’s now being cared for at Hope Animal Rescues.  Authorities are not sure how long the dog had been abandoned.
