(Williamson County, IL) — A trial is underway for a Williamson County man accused of using his cell phone to secretly record an image up a teen’s shorts. Police arrested Todd Norrington in June of 2014 after he was charged with taking the inappropriate picture at the Carbondale Goodwill Store. The lawyer for the former Carterville band director says the charge against his client is illegal. A jury was selected yesterday and testimony is scheduled to begin this morning.
