(Alton, IL) — Police in the Metro East are in need of the public’s help in finding a missing Alton woman. Relatives of Michelle Brooks say they last heard from her on Monday night. She was reported missing yesterday. Brooks is five-foot-two, 175 pounds and has shoulder-length, light-brown hair and blue eyes. She has several tattoos including a dragonfly on her left forearm.
