(Randolph County, IL) — Randolph County Police are searching for a couple of non-compliant sex offenders. After a recent check, cops didn’t find Essex Knapp or Joshua Erickenberg listed at their registered addressees. The last place Knapp lived was in Percy. He was convicted of criminal sexual abuse in Perry County. Meanwhile, Rickenberg had been living in Sparta. Records show he was found guilty of sexually abusing a teenage victim in 2011.
