DU QUOIN, Ill. (AP) — Two country music performers are booked to headline at the Du Quoin State Fair this summer. Fair officials announced Friday that Colt Ford and Trace Adkins have been scheduled for grandstand concerts. Tickets will go on sale at a later date. Colt Ford is scheduled to perform on Aug. 29. The singer-songwriter blends country and hip-hop, and his songs include “Drivin’ Around Song” and “Crank It Up.” Trace Adkins will perform Aug. 30. His songs include “Ladies Love Country Boys” and “You’re Gonna Miss This.” State Fair Manager Patrick Buchen says Ford and Adkins are big names in country music. He says ticket prices will be affordable, ranging from $15 to $20 for Colt Ford and $20 to $25 for Trace Adkins.
