(Damiansville, IL) — An Iowa man is dead after he fell from a water tower in Clinton County, Illinois. Dustin Spilman of Ventura was painting the top of a one-hundred-foot-high tower Monday afternoon in Damiansville when he fell. The 31-year-old was pronounced dead at the hospital. It has not been confirmed if he was wearing a safety harness at the time of the incident.
