(HERRIN, IL) — A Herrin man pled guilty and was sentenced to time served and probation Wednesday in Williamson County Court for threatening a public official. Jimmy Dean, with the Williamson County State’s Attorney’s office, says 34-year-old David Wagley threatened a Marion Police officer on Oct. 19 of last year.
