(MT. VERNON, IL) — The Mt. Vernon Police Department is looking for the public’s help in identifying a shoplifter. On Tuesday, January 13, a woman ran out of the local Wal-Mart without paying for over $500.00 worth of merchandise. She was last seen heading toward Lowes.
