MT. VERNON — Reports of a suspicious man at the Huck’s Convenience Store on South 10th Street in Mt. Vernon resulted in the arrest of a 41-year-old Deer Lodge, Montana man on multiple drug-related charges.
According to the Mt. Vernon Police Department, William Brent Larion was arrested Friday after an investigation by Mt. Vernon police and a Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputy reportedly revealed a large amount of cannabis, mushrooms, other illegal drug evidence, and firearm ammunition.
Larion was arrested and transported to the Jefferson County Jail on charges of cannabis trafficking, controlled substance trafficking, possession of firearm ammunition by felon and possession of less than 5 grams of methamphetamine.
